Responsible Gaming
Gambling Should Be Entertainment
Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money or solve financial problems. Always play for fun and never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. If gambling stops being enjoyable or begins to feel like an obligation, take a break and seek support.
Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction within the Philippines (21 for casino and certain online gambling activities). We may request proof of age and identity to verify eligibility. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone you care about, it may be time to seek help:
- Chasing losses — gambling to try to win back money you have lost
- Hiding gambling activities from family or friends
- Lying about time or money spent gambling
- Neglecting work, school, or family responsibilities due to gambling
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to gamble
- Feeling restless or irritable when trying to cut down or stop gambling
- Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or depression
- Gambling more than intended or being unable to stop
Self-Help Tools
We offer practical tools to help you stay in control of your gambling:
- Deposit Limits — set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.
- Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose over a set period.
- Reality Checks — receive pop-up reminders of how long you have been playing.
- Self-Exclusion — block access to your account for a chosen period or permanently.
- Cooling-Off Periods — take a short break from gambling for a few days or weeks.
You can activate these tools in your account settings or by contacting our support team.
